At Oshri Sabag Studio, we are committed to delivering products of the highest quality. Because every piece is made to order especially for you, returns or exchanges are available only in cases of product defects or production errors.
When Are You Eligible for a Refund or Exchange?
You may request a refund or exchange in the following cases:
- A manufacturing defect is present in the product.
- A production error occurred — such as incorrect colors, incomplete printing, or a design that does not match your original order.
- The product was damaged during shipping.
How to Submit a Request
If you experience an issue with your order, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and a clear description of the issue.
- Attach clear photos that show the defect or error.
What Happens Next?
Once we receive your request, our team will review it carefully. If approved, we will offer either a free reprint or a full refund — no need to return the item.
Cases Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
Please note that the following are not covered:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse.
- Ordering the wrong size or model — please review product details carefully before placing your order.
- Damage resulting from improper use of the product.
